Got milk?


For all you die hard work out gurus, I have some interesting news for you. Now think for a moment on what you think the best beverage is to drink after a hard core workout? Think . . .

Ok, I knew Choco Milk was like the best stuff in the world. I should just go with my instinct. We use to grab a 1/2 gallon after each night of rollerblading back in High School and I could have sworn it rejuvinated me but I thought it was my imagination. Choco Milk here I come. Now does it replenish after a hard workout of watching a movie? I let you know. Chug a lug lug. :)
