So cool! How does one get into something like that? One day, you are thinking, "Gee, I really wish I could get down from my balcony without the use of normal, healthy means?" Whatever the thinking, it looks like a cool sport.
That's crazy but an even better video would be the practicing before they got it perfect, I bet there were a lot of bumps bruises and brakes!
Also thanks for the no eating after 8 contest, I have been 100% faithful to it and I feel better and more disciplined!
If anyone is interested I am starting a parkour time. It's about getting out there and doing it. I usually go to a park and hop around on the equipment; how long can you hop around w/out touching the sand, how many ways can you climb up the side, play tag with the kids, stuff like that. It's cheezy but fun. It slowly builds up core muscles and arms and legs. The back flips and crazy flip stuff is considered free running, parkour is the wall calimbing, hopping over walls and tables, bouncing over a railing holding on then let go and twist to the ground. You probably have done that as a kid.
