A Healthy Little Cracker

Most people frown on crackers. Full of fat and lacking in fiber, they seem to pack on calories not fight hunger. These crackers are different. With 130 calories and 5 grams of fiber for 18 crackers, you can't go wrong. They are tasty and posses the perfect crunch. The only problem you will find is sticking to the 18 crackers. Enjoy these with a piece of string cheese, fresh fruit, or all by themselves. You may find that you have a new favorite cracker.

These are so good! And quite satisfying. But, yeah, it's hard to keep it to 18 crackers.

Just wanted to share that.
I'm very proud of myself for popping amaranth for breakfast.
