These are so good! And quite satisfying. But, yeah, it's hard to keep it to 18 crackers.
I just bought these and they are fantastic. they make tuna taste a LOT better...they make everything taste better. I'm switching from wheat thins to these.

i just had to tell you that I ate popped amaranth this morning with milk and a drop of honey (thanks for the idea, chef brad) and it was HEAVEN.
Just wanted to share that.
I'm very proud of myself for popping amaranth for breakfast.
