I am not doing the no eat after 8 BUT I have a as a a goal before the next baby (which better be in AT LEAST a year and a half)to do a triathlon- I want to train for a sprint to get going so thanks for the tips!!
This blog is awesome! Because I'm trying, trying, trying to have a baby I can't participate in everything, BUT...I do want to try the don't eat after 8 thing because my doctor said I need to take in more calories and I usually end up eating them all at night and feeling icky sicky the next day, so my goal is to take them in during the day and be done by 8! I'm excited, so count me in! Also, if you have any advice on tips to get your period back through diet or exercise (or lack of) let me know! this blog rocks!!
